The client implemented the following:

  • Phase 2: Catalog, Requisitions, Orders, Receiving & Invoicing

  • Integration with Oracle, Maintenance & platinum support to client team for 2 years

  • Sourcing: RFP/ Auction support to the user team since 2018

  • Spend analysis and refreshes for 2 years

Approach

  • Seamless integration with backend Oracle ERP systems to allow smooth data flow and enhanced automation,

  • Improved supplier qualification and collaboration with full view of up-to-date supplier information,

  • Enabled better compliance with contracts and policies

  • Platinum maintenance support to client users/ buyers

  • Extended Training sessions to new buyers and trainings for new functionalities on demand

  • Configuration and testing support during Integration phase,

Results

All modules are currently live and were recently upgraded to version 174 in March 2023. The system is presently under regular maintenance support. The Vietnamese branch is live with the language enabled, the Indonesian branch is live with Bahasa language enabled, and the Malaysian branch is in progress.
