Our client is an asset-based third-party logistics provider based in Lakeland, Florida, specializing in designing and delivering omnichannel logistics solutions for manufacturers, retailers and ecommerce companies

Scope

The client sought the following:

  • Ivalua complete suite along with Invoice Hub/IDC (Invoice Data Capture)

  • Sourcing – RFP/ Auction support to the user team,

  • SSO, Docusign and MS dynamics integration

Approach

  • Requirement gathering, solution design, build, testing and rolling out the solution

  • Enhanced process efficiency

  • Improved collaboration with suppliers with full view of up-to-date supplier information

  • Functional configuration and testing support during Integration

  • Gap analysis to ascertain new requirements and share future roadmap,

  • Functionality enhancement & process optimization over the year through multiple Change Requests

  • Collaboration with Ivalua and SCL team to enhance the OCR functionality and bring more efficiency

Results

As of June 2022, all modules have been live on version 170 and are presently under maintenance support. There are ongoing discussions regarding enhancements related to system performance and OCR functionality, with plans in place for an upgrade to V178.
